VialRhythm is designed to stay simple and local. These answers cover the most common setup and recovery questions.

Email support@peptidego.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and VialRhythm version. Never email sensitive health information or your complete backup file.
Where are my records?
The native iPhone app stores records on that iPhone. No login is required. Use Settings → Export Backup to create a portable JSON copy, and keep that file somewhere you control.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → VialRhythm and confirm notifications are allowed. Then open the schedule in VialRhythm and confirm reminders are enabled. Focus modes and notification summaries can delay alerts.
Face ID is not unlocking
VialRhythm uses the iPhone's device authentication. Confirm Face ID or a device passcode is configured. After a restart, iOS may require the passcode once before Face ID is available again.
Can support recover deleted data?
No. Local-first storage means VialRhythm support does not possess your native app records. Restore your most recent exported backup if one exists.
